What do you blog about?

Why did you start blogging?
I have a large network of friends who were constantly emailing me asking me what I was wearing, what should they wear, what did I think of this Internet retailer or that specific trend and sharing with me their own opinions and recommendations. I thought it would just be easier to blog as opposed to keeping up with all the emails.

What is your goal as a blogger?
Share information. Mainly, I want to inform my readers of sales, great places to shop and the latest trends. And because I get lots of props on my personal style, I share my own outfits in hopes of inspiring other fashionistas to be bold and confident about their own style.

What advice would you offer to other bloggers?
Go for it and do it selflessly. However, I beg of all bloggers: Please spell check, use proper grammar (as long as it does not interfere with your flair) and self edit. Keep it concise. Develop your writing skills and keep an AP Stylebook handy.
