A judge ordered Google to turn over all of the information about You Tube users to Viacom, a company suing Google for copyright infringement. If you were not already aware, Google stores a great deal of data about users including your IP Address and viewing history. This ruling has major implications for personal privacy on the internet, and highlights how easy it is for corporations to obtain information about your activities online.
