2. What do you blog about?
Fashion, Personal anecdotes, Food, Style, Hobbies, Entertainment, Internet, Health, Travel, Personal Improvement, News/Current Events, The Environment/Going Green, Photography
3. Why did you start blogging?
I wanted a home for sudden creative outburst, and I wanted a place to help me focus on the positive aspects in life. I wanted a home to share with others the things I’m learning whether it’s about going green, feminism, the Japanese language and culture. I also wanted a home where I could be myself. It’s hard to convey to people in real life who I am, and I find it’s much easier to convey through writing and via the internet.
Plus, I needed something to do on a rainy, cold day.
4. What is your goal as a blogger?
I didn’t really have a goal in mind when I created The Pink Panda. It was more of a personal expedition. But, if I do reach out to others, that’s fantastic!
5. What advice would you offer to other bloggers?
Try to write positively. Of course a blog is a place for personal expression, and bloggers are bound to have a bad day (at least once a week), but Readers can only take so much of “Today was the pits” and “Mondays totally blow” and “Woe is the pain that is my life”. Negative posts are a turn off.
8. Exchanging guest posts is an excellent way to promote your blog, would you be interested in exchanging guest posts with other bloggers in your niche? How would you like to be contacted?
