We’re Under Construction

Dear Readers,
If you follow my other blogs you may have noticed that I have been on a re-design bender. I am finally turning my attention to Girls Guide to Blogging for some much needed TLC.
In addition to a full makeover, there will be a big shift in focus and content here on GG2B. I plan to make the website into more of a blog than a “community.” I’ll being doing away with the forum section, which was initially added mostly because I wanted to challenge myself with a new design …

Feedburner has recently added the option to add Google Adsense Advertisements to your website. I am currently experimenting with the feature. I originally thought this feature would add Adsense to my feed, this is NOT the case. Hopefully they will add that feature soon!
So, since originally I thought that the new advertisements would only show up in feeds, I activated it on all my blogs. I visited Chic and Charming after activating the service and discovered advertisements were added to the end of each post. As a result had about …

Recently I joined Plurk, a social media network which is quite similar to Twitter, a site I have been using for about a month. While Plurk has many cool features and many fewer technical issues (right now), I don’t think I will be trading in Twitter just yet.
